If your tenant has not vacated the property after a possession order has been granted, we can assist you in transferring the case to the High Court for enforcement. We will prepare and file all necessary applications for you, and send you for only for signature, including the request for permission to transfer up from the County Court and the application for a Writ of Possession.
We handle coordination with authorised High Court Enforcement Officers (HCEOs) and keep you informed throughout the process, from application to eviction. High Court enforcement is typically faster than County Court bailiffs and is often preferred in urgent or high-value cases.
